Be it online or in store, we want your jewellery buying experience to be relaxed, easy and satisfying; that includes knowing what to expect AFTER you've made a purchase. So, we think it's a good idea to check out our delivery, returns and exchange policy!
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of Ready to Wear Products. Made to Order pieces may take up to 8 weeks for production. If you have a due date, please contact us prior to ordering to make sure this is possible.
Shipping is free for all orders over $150.
Click and Collect is available on all orders. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready. Please bring with you your emailed receipt and photo ID for collection.
If your purchase is on backorder, you will be contacted via email with details of your backorder item. Items on backorder may take longer than 7 working days to be delivered.
During the busy SALE period, we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that is it received within 7 working days. However, due to the high volume of orders at this time, dispatch of your item may be slightly delayed.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please call us (02) 6299 1300, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday so that we may assist you.
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery if applicable.
